This Site provides information about P.S. Presents and lets you inquire about booking talent, production, and design services. Submitting an inquiry through the Contact form does not create a binding agreement between us. Actual bookings, pricing, deposits, and event terms are governed by a separate signed agreement or proposal between P.S. Presents and the client, not by these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photos, video, logos, and design — is owned by P.S. Presents or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Talent Submissions

By submitting your information through our Talent page, you confirm the information is accurate and you consent to us reviewing it for potential casting or booking. Submitting your information does not guarantee a booking or any response, and does not grant P.S. Presents any rights to your name, image, or likeness beyond what's needed to consider you for a role, unless you separately agree to those terms as part of an actual booking.

6. Photography & Media

P.S. Presents and its partners may photograph or record events we produce for promotional and portfolio use, including on this Site and our social media. By participating in or attending an event produced by P.S. Presents, performers and attendees acknowledge that photography and video may occur and may be used for these purposes

7. Third-Party Links

Our Site may link to third-party sites, including Eventbrite for ticketing. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, P.S. Presents is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
